EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods or services online. However, certain exceptions apply to digital content and services.

Digital Products

When purchasing a digital product, you may request immediate delivery. By expressly agreeing to immediate delivery and acknowledging that this may end your right of withdrawal, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital product has been supplied.

Custom Services

If you request Hame Agency to begin work before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, you acknowledge that work may begin immediately.

Where permitted by applicable law, your right of withdrawal may end once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement.

If work has started but has not yet been fully completed, applicable withdrawal rules may still apply. In such cases, you may be responsible for the proportion of the service already provided before your withdrawal.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal applies, any refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Where permitted by law, Hame Agency may deduct an amount corresponding to services already provided before withdrawal.
