Orders & Payment

All orders are placed through hame.agency and must be paid before work or delivery begins. Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed.

For custom projects, payment terms may be agreed separately and will be stated in your quote or invoice.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered digitally using the delivery method shown on the product page. Make sure the email address and other information provided during checkout are correct.

Digital products are for the customer who purchased them and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared unless explicitly allowed by Hame Agency.

Custom Services

For custom design, branding, website, or other creative services, the scope of the work is agreed before the project begins.

Delivery times depend on the project and will be communicated on the product page or in your quote. Delays caused by missing information, files, or feedback from the client may affect the delivery date.

Revisions

The number of included revisions is stated on the product page or agreed in the project quote.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional payment.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products and custom creative work, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been delivered or work on a custom project has started. If you purchase a service that has not yet started, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Any refund will be considered based on the circumstances of the order.

If Hame Agency is unable to deliver a purchased product or service, you will receive an appropriate refund.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, Hame Agency retains ownership of its original designs, concepts, templates, files, and other materials until full payment has been received.

After full payment, the customer receives the usage rights stated on the product page or agreed in the project quote.

Hame Agency may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, files, content, and feedback required to complete your order.

You must have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to Hame Agency.

Communication

We communicate with customers through the contact details provided during checkout or through the communication method agreed for a project.

We aim to respond to customer messages within 24–48 hours on business days.

Changes to These Terms

Hame Agency may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version available on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
